Just like our windows, we pride ourselves on offering a range of timber doors to meet both domestic and commercial needs. From DOORWaY44™ fire doors that provide FD30S fire and smoke ratings to double-glazed doors for heritage projects, we can manufacture the ideal solution in our workshop.

To ensure that we’re always using the best possible material for the job, we use a wide range of timbers, including:

• Abodo timber
• Engineered hardwood

Accoya timber offers great durability thanks to a special environmentally friendly acetylation process. This treatment makes it highly resistant to common issues like rot, decay and insect damage. What makes Accoya unique isn’t just its strength though; it’s also sourced from forests that are managed sustainably.

Abodo timber is all about sustainability, which is why they’re proud to use timber certified by the FSC. And, besides being good for the environment, Abodo wood looks fantastic, with its distinctive textures and grain patterns adding character to any project. Originating from radiata pine, Abodo has class 1 durability too, standing up well against decay and insects, and offering carbon negative credentials at an affordable price point.

Engineered hardwood offers stability and adaptability. Unlike solid hardwood, it doesn’t expand and contract as much, making it great for places where humidity levels change. Whether it’s in your living room, workplace or even underground, engineered hardwood will get the job done.
